Hi guys!

So our last social event before we break up for Christmas will be held in PJ Champs on Wednesday 16th December.
The night will involve a private viewing of a Christmas DVD. You get to choose which DVD we will be watching from the choices above so please use your vote!!
A drinking game will be made for whichever film is chosen by you! This will definately involve drinking whenever the word Christmas is mentioned and whenever bells are heard! Drunky drunky time methinks!
Please find a brief description of each film below!

Happy voting! :)

Miracle on 34th Street
Feelgood heartwarming children's film about the existence of Santa Claus. Starring 'the girl that played Matilda' and Richard Attenborough.

Love Actually
Hilarious festive Romcom with a large star studded cast including 'Nick from My Family' and 'Stacey from Gavin and Satcey' Tells the love stories of many many people and couples with the film ending at Christmas.

The Holiday
Supremely cute Romcom which is funny and heartwarming at the same time. Stars Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black.

Mrs Santa Claus
AMAZING Christmas Musical starring the one and only Angela Lansbury (Murder, She Wrote, Beauty and the Beast, Sweeney Todd) in the title role. Need I say more?

A Muppet's Christmas Carol
One of the best Christmas tales of Mr Scrooge told by those beloved puppets! Also, it's a musical.

Home Alone
Classic Christmas children's film about little Macaulay Culkin getting lost from his family at Christmas time. Much slapstick and hilarity involved.

I know what you mean! They're all such good films...but! Love Actually is a winner in a group situation with a drinking game:

I want the world to know there's a Mrs Santa Claus!

The movie received Emmy Award nominations for: Outstanding Art Direction for a Miniseries or a Special, Outstanding Choreography, Outstanding Costume Design for a Miniseries or a Special, Outstanding Music and Lyrics (for the song "Mrs. Santa Claus"). It won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Miniseries or a Special. (Thankyou Wikipedia.)

And as for said song, see here! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4SN16yH9Rk8

I voted for Mrs Santa Claus, I want to share my love of this film with people who like musical theatre and Angela Lansbury!

I've decided I can't watch Love Actually in a social situation. I ALWAYS cry at Emma Thomson x

I do love Mrs Santa Claus...I love them all, that's the problem! I failed to notice Home Alone on the list, I regret rushing to Love Actually straight off. As much as Emma makes me cry, Martine is a legend, and is in my top 5 of british ladies who show great...<ahem> talent.
